Vibrant veganism with a twist

Veganism is taking the UK by storm and plant-based diets are firmly on the rise.

For those experimenting with Veganuary or simply craving a fresh approach to their diet in 2019, The White Horse, Dorking, has introduced a new vegan menu to its popular restaurant, The Dozen.

The vibrant new menu has been masterminded by Clarisse Flon, Head Chef at London hotel La Suite West and creator of London’s first vegan patisserie.

Clarisse’s signature dish from the menu is ‘Alpine Ravioles with smoky glaze and fresh slaw’, providing a twist on a speciality from the French Alps where she grew up.

Others. Like Mushroom Bourguignon Pie and Mash, and Sweet Potato Dauphinoise with Pulled Aubergine offer healthy yet hearty comfort food.

And since Flon’s passion is vegan patisserie, diners can indulge in desserts without guilt, choosing from a selection of tempting vegan treats.
